The Program Manager is the logistical backbone and culture-keeper for all Urban Warriors programming. You will design weekly schedules, supervise coaches and volunteers, track data for grants, and ensure each soccer drill, art workshop, or service project runs on time, on budget, and with a trauma-informed lens. Success means 600+ youth (ages 6–18) experience safe play, creative expression, and community leadership opportunities year-round.

This role oversees daily operations, supports program implementation, manages organizational budgets, and drives operational strategies that promote long-term sustainability and impact.
