Inspired by the legendary Roberto Clemente, whose number 21 symbolizes excellence, leadership, and selfless service, this free program is dedicated to developing young athletes (ages 7-16) while instilling the values of community, resilience, and giving back.

At Urban Warriors, we believe in using baseball as a tool to shape strong, compassionate leaders.
Just as Clemente lived his life in service to others, our players are required to participate in civic engagement projects, reinforcing the importance of teamwork both on and off the field. Whether it’s skill-building, mentorship, or community initiatives, Project 21 ensures that our athletes grow into leaders who uplift those around them.
